Motek Entertainment – Internship (2010)

In 2010, I worked as an intern at Motek Entertainment, where I contributed as a Junior Animator and Motion Capture Operator. This experience marked an important step in my development as a 3D artist, giving me hands-on exposure to both character animation and real-time motion capture workflows.

During my time at the studio, I worked on the television animation series De Sprookjesboom, produced for the Efteling. The project involved character animation, performance refinement, and integrating motion capture data into production-ready scenes.

In addition to the series, I contributed to several television commercials and video clips, supporting animation, mocap processing, and scene preparation.

My responsibilities included:
- Operating and processing motion capture data
- Cleaning and refining mocap performances
- Assisting with character animation
- Supporting scene setup and production workflows

- Autodesk MotionBuilder
- Autodesk Maya
- Adobe Photoshop
- Vision Blade

This internship provided valuable insight into studio pipelines, teamwork under production deadlines, and the technical side of character performance capture.
